    Dear WooCommerce Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding an issue I am experiencing with the WooCommerce plugin on my website.

The plugin has been working perfectly for recording completed orders in my database, for which I am grateful. However, I have recently noticed that cancelled orders are not being recorded in the same way. This is causing a bit of confusion and making it difficult to track all of our orders accurately.

Here are some additional details that might help you understand the issue better:

    • WooCommerce version: (Version 7.9.0)
    • WordPress version: (Version 6.2.2)
    • PHP version: (PHP 8.2)
    • Theme and version: (the-7)

I have tried troubleshooting the issue on my end by (Weeks of search), but the issue still persists.

I think, the issue appears after switching from paypal standard (old payment method) to WooCommerce PayPal Payments (the newest paypal plugin payment method)

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. I believe it is critical to keep accurate records of all transactions, including cancelled orders, to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Thank you in advance for your support and assistance.

    Best regards,
