[Woocommerce Plugin] Looking for File Upload Extension

My company provides a drug and blood testing service to clients. We provide the test results via email, but I’d like to upload them to the website in a client area. The upload would ideally trigger an email to the client to notify them that their results are ready.

Does anybody know of a suitable plugin? I’ve searched through search engines and can only find front end solutions that allow clients to upload files.

The standard virtual/downloadable product settings in Woocommerce look useful in that it has the ability to set download limits and times.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
