Woocommerce plugin first and second class shipping

Hi,

It is not possible within WC core (at this moment) to add multiple flat rate shipping if you also need international.

To accomplish your goals you’d need an additional plugin for shipping. There are a bunch available that you can use. I’ve created one of them here: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-advanced-shipping/8634573

Depending on your need you may also find one here on w.org, or if you want the official WC Extension: https://www.woothemes.com/products/table-rate-shipping/

PS. you could check if you needs fit in the local delivery shipping method, if so you may not need a extension..
