    Hello diesel1980

    Thanks for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you are facing a critical error with WooCommerce.

This appears to be an HPOS related error. To find out what is causing this error, navigate to?WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features and check which option is selected for “Order data storage”.

For more detailed instructions check this guide:
    https://woo.com/document/high-performance-order-storage/#section-3?

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. ??

Thank you for your reply! I actually went to my hosting company and activated a backup of the site so the problem seems to have been fixed so I’m good for now. I’ll reach out for my future issues. Thanks a lot!

    Hey!

Thank you for your reply! I actually went to my hosting company and activated a backup of the site so the problem seems to have been fixed so I’m good for now. I’ll reach out for my future issues. Thanks a lot

That’s great to know. Is it possible the issue happened when you updated to Woo 8.5?

There was an issue with the 8.5 release, so reverted the stable tag to 8.4. We expect to have a fix in place by Monday, January 15th, and release 8.5.1. More info can be found in the?release notes?for 8.5.

So if the backup had version 8.4 this would solve the issue.

Once 8.5.1 releases, feel free to update it ??

I’ll mark this as solved, okay? Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello @azielaskowski,

I suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread.

Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.

    Thanks.
