    Hi there, whenever I activate the plugin WooCommerce I immediately get a critical error and have to deactivate all my plugins. I have tested all my plugin’s compatibility with each other and they work fine. The only plugin creating issues is the WooCommerce plugin, even when being the only plugin activated.

    I am also using a default WordPress theme, and have both WordPress and all plugins updated. I am also using the correct php version.

    Any suggestions to fix the issue

  • Hi, Could you please share the error message here?

    Hi,
    I have the same fault for a couple of days, only when the Woocommerce plugin is activated.
    All my products are gone because the Woocommerce stopped it and cannot sync it right now.
    Maybe it has something to do with the update a week ago.
    The fault I receive on my website is:

    /*! elementor – v3.7.8 – 02-10-2022 */
    .elementor-column .elementor-spacer-inner{height:var(–spacer-size)}.e-container{–container-widget-width:100%}.e-container>.elementor-widget-spacer{width:var(–container-widget-width,var(–spacer-size));-ms-flex-item-align:stretch;align-self:stretch;-ms-flex-negative:0;flex-shrink:0}.e-container>.elementor-widget-spacer>.elementor-widget-container,.e-container>.elementor-widget-spacer>.elementor-widget-container>.elementor-spacer{height:100%}.e-container>.elementor-widget-spacer>.elementor-widget-container>.elementor-spacer>.elementor-spacer-inner{height:var(–container-widget-height,var(–spacer-size))}
    /*! elementor – v3.7.8 – 02-10-2022 */

    When I install woocommerce it also gives me an error when I upload files. The upload error is

    The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.

    But only shows up when WooCommerce is installed

    Hi Mehedi,

    My problem with the plugin is, on my website you can see the next error:

    /*! elementor – v3.7.8 – 02-10-2022 */
    .elementor-column .elementor-spacer-inner{height:var(–spacer-size)}.e-container{–container-widget-width:100%}.e-container>.elementor-widget-spacer{width:var(–container-widget-width,var(–spacer-size));-ms-flex-item-align:stretch;align-self:stretch;-ms-flex-negative:0;flex-shrink:0}.e-container>.elementor-widget-spacer>.elementor-widget-container,.e-container>.elementor-widget-spacer>.elementor-widget-container>.elementor-spacer{height:100%}.e-container>.elementor-widget-spacer>.elementor-widget-container>.elementor-spacer>.elementor-spacer-inner{height:var(–container-widget-height,var(–spacer-size))}
    /*! elementor – v3.7.8 – 02-10-2022 */
    .elementor-heading-title{padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1}.elementor-widget-heading .elementor-heading-title[class*=elementor-size-]>a{color:inherit;font-size:inherit;line-height:inherit}.elementor-widget-heading .elementor-heading-title.elementor-size-small{font-size:15px}.elementor-widget-heading .elementor-heading-title.elementor-size-medium{font-size:19px}.elementor-widget-heading .elementor-heading-title.elementor-size-large{font-size:29px}.elementor-widget-heading .elementor-heading-title.elementor-size-xl{font-size:39px}.elementor-widget-heading .elementor-heading-title.elementor-size-xxl{font-size:59px}

    When I disable the plugin Woocommerce, this is gone as it should be.
    I don’t know how to set this good.

    Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi @macenzieg

    Thanks for reaching out!

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.

    WordPress automatically downsizes all images bigger than 2560px. Maybe your server is not able to do this and therefore always folds when the image is too big.
