the some error message is still there after I deleted and reinstalled to plugin, this doesn’t work for me, would you have other solution?

Could you try deactivating all other plugins, then reinstall and activate WooCommerce again.

If this does not work, could you please provide the server error logs

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Can you please make sure that you are using PHP version 7.4 or greater?

You can check this with your web hosting provider, and they can confirm this for you. Also, can you try to remove the WooCommerce plugin, and try to install it again?

    Best,

    Hi there,

Thanks for your fast respond, I found the problem occurs when I am trying to enable VaultPress plugin, WooCommerce seems is working if I disable it, so this should be hosting provider responsible to fix? Thanks.

    Hi @fsng80,

I found the problem occurs when I am trying to enable VaultPress plugin

Thanks for letting us know you found a conflict with the VaultPress plugin.

Make sure all plugins (including WooCommerce and VaultPress) are up to date. That might resolve the problem. Save a backup before updating your software – this will allow you to restore the site to a functioning state in case any issues arise.

VaultPress has email-based support which is included with all plan levels. If you see that the problem persists please contact us via this contact form:

I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.
