If you look directly for this file for example: https://www.sabziadda.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/add-to-cart.min.js

It’s not coming up? This means your either missing files in your woocommerce install or there is some permissions errors on your site. I suggest reinstalling woocommerce to test.
