Woocommerce Performance

I have a website that has some 4,500 Variable products and 78,000 variations of those products (Sizes, colours etc)

Will WP Fastest Cache help speed the whole site or just the static type About type pages. I am reading this plugin is mainly used for Blogs etc with static pages.
