WooCommerce PDF Vouchers – Required Fields – Store Notice

Please try to switch to the default theme like twentytwenty and check if it working with that.

Please some more detail and share the page URL also to inspect the issue.

Plugin works fine in other Themes – issue is OceanWP theme – I will create a dev site with the issue visible.

Try and add to cart and you will see that no WooCommerce Notices appear to the user to prompt them to fill in the required field.

But these fields showing optional not required. have you changed it?

The ‘message’ field is required.

So you can see if the user fails to fill it in and add to cart – no notification is given back to the user.

In other themes this notification is visible.
