    Hi Barry,
I have no idea why that could have happend. When you say that the ‘whole site crashed’, did you get any errors? Or just a blank screen?

If you had not already, enable WP_DEBUG on the site and re-activate the plugin (prepare for it to crash again!). It should give you an error. Post that error here and I’ll see if that explains the crash and if I can help you fix it.

Generally speaking, I advise you to never install any plugin or update (not just this plugin) on a live website. Create a copy of the site (with Duplicator for example), make that your staging environment where you can try out stuff before you launch it. Especially on an ecommerce site this is very important – a day without sales can be very costly. Just look at the enormous amount of support requests/issues about broken shops/sites after each major WooCommerce update and you’ll understand why this important.

@bsahagian did you manage to fix this issue? I saw that you posted the same error to the WooCommerce Print Invoices & Delivery Notes support forum, perhaps it has the same root cause?

    Hi Ewout.

It sounds like for some reason the plugin did not download completely and is missing some files. Try removing the plugin completely and then reinstall. If you get the same errors again, check the folder wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/ and its subfolders to make sure those files from the error (includes/class-wcpdf-export.php etc.) are there!

@ dhiraj009, did reinstalling the plugin fix the issue for you?
