woocommerce pdf invoices is using the wrong conatact details when sending

I am receiving emails associated with orders in my inbox reading as: from Me and in the details it says From My Cms (the name and email address of my site when first created). I have deleted my contacts page created a new one and I re-entered the details for my contact page in settings of mystile theme before applying the template to my new contact page but no success. I have also updated my email address and such at every control panel I can find…. the actual contact form on my page https://www.tbarfordguy.com works fine but an aftermarket email enquiry button does almost the same thing except it says from: wordpress (email of customer in details and my correct email) I need that to say from customer enquiry or customers name…. can anyone name a good enquiry button plugin that is compatible with woocommerce/mystile and free?. I’m pretty sure I need to find e/edit some code but I don’t know where to begin?
