Woocommerce PDF invoices debug problem
-
Hello Bas
I have had your program for many years and woocommerce/wordpress was updated and now your pdf invoices do not work – says debug problem – please read below from bottom up as my web host wants dome technical details of versions pleaseThanks Mitch
……………………………………Hi Mitchell,
We need to go back a step. It will be an incompatibility issue with either a plugin, version or PHP.
Can you get me the PHP version recommended please, WordPress Version and Woocommerce recommended version by the plugin manufacturer, then I could have a look and see what may be causing the issue.
Lind Regards,
Andrew

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce PDF Invoices.
First, visit your website (https://monoglobal.com.au/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://monoglobal.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=2355&action=edit&bewpi_action=create&nonce=90491d8829) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.5.1
Current theme: Storefront (version 2.7.0) Current plugin: WooCommerce PDF Invoices (version 3.1.4) PHP version 7.2.33Error Details

Hi Andrew
I am still having problems with PDF
I have always used Woocommerce PDF invoices by Bas Elbers and it always worked perfectly
I have removed plugin and reinstalled without success
When I activate the Bas Elbers plugin I get 2 problems – problem 1 is I cannot print a pdf invoice (says debug issue and emails me a warning) but worse still is customers cannot complete an online order – my order screen freezes and customer thinks the order fails.
If I use the other plugin Woocommerce PDF invoices and packing slips by Ewout then I can print and invoice (is awful format) and my online shopping system works.
I would like to get the Bas Elbers program working again because the invoice template was well setup – but if it not able to be corrected then I would appreciate your advice on a PDF invoice plugin that creates a decent looking invoice? I have attacked a couple of invoice copies so you can see.
Thanks Mitch
