    hi,
I use a PDF plugin for invoices. Automatically create the bill works.
Show invoice works too. If the document is sent as a PDF or if I want to save it as a pdf, then the content is empty.

Under Woocommerce orders I can call the PDF’s without problems. Only the content is empty when the document is sent or saved.
When the invoice is opened in the adobe reader, the error message “Error on this page, please contact the PDF creator … etc.”

Does anyone know what’s going on?

    Best regards

    Hi @likepromotion,

That is unfortunate. What version of the PDF Invoices plugin are you running? It should be 2.1.10.

the version is 2.1.10. it’s OK
When PDF generate it works. As soon as I want to save it, I get an error message. sent pdf can not be opened. Again, I get errors.

    Do you have another idea?

That is strange. Can you tell me how you are trying to save it? Are you displaying it in your browser and then hit the download button? You can also set the plugin to download the PDF on creation (WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > ‘How do you want to view the PDF’)

I found the problem. that’s the logo.
    I use the logformat .svg
if I use other formats, then it works.

my logo is a text logo. With .svg the quality of logo is better.
do you have experience with it, so I can still use .svg?

Hi! Glad to hear you found the problem.
I searched if other people have issues with SVG support in dompdf (which is the HTML to PDF library that we use for this plugin), and it looks like there may indeed be some issues, see: https://github.com/dompdf/dompdf/issues/1612

Unfortunately there’s not much we can do about that at this point, so I would recommend using JPG or PNG (avoid transparency for better performance).
