Woocommerce PayPal Plugin not working

So, I have contacted Woocommerce and they suggested to changed the theme and when I did that, the PayPal plugin worked which suggests to me that the issue is on the side of the OceanWP theme. the PayPal plugin worked when first installed with the theme but now when a customer tries to use it, it reports back an error.
