    Hallo, ich habe Woocommerce PayPal Payments aktiviert. Sobald ich das alte Plugin PayPal-Standard deaktiviere, erscheinen überhaupt keine PayPal-Buttons mehr. Beeinflussen sich die Plugins gegenseitig oder bedeutet das, dass bei dem neuen Plugin etwas nicht funktioniert?

    It’s generally not advisable to have two PayPal plugins enabled at the same time, although I can’t recall a specific example of a conflict between PayPal Standard and our plugin. However, the issue you’re experiencing likely stems from a conflict.

    You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    1. Navigate to the WooCommerce / Status section in your site’s admin panel.

    Is our plugin visible when you disable PayPal Standard? I suspect the conflict might be due to something else, possibly your theme or another plugin.

    It would be crucial to find out if the problem still occurs when all other plugins are disabled except for our two PayPal plugins. Our JavaScript is active on the site, but our gateway isn’t visible, which suggests something is blocking it.

    Regardless, my suggestion would be to disable PayPal Standard if you want to use our plugin.

    Yes, it is visible when PayPal Standard is disabled. But I can’t leave it disabled, because otherwise there is no option to pay with PayPal. That is exactly my problem. Obviously the old Standard-Plugin works, but the new one doesn’t for whatever reason. I’m really getting tired of this issue. I had a call with an employee of PayPal. He couldn’t help me and promised a technician would contact me this week, what didn’t happen. At the moment you are my last hope to solve the problem…
