WooCommerce Paypal payments stuck, what next?

Hi there, I built a registration site for a client using WooCommerce and everything seemed to going well until she was getting set to receive her first online payments through PayPal.
She got the error: “Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address (—[email protected]). Order status changed from Pending Payment to On Hold.”
I got the emails figured out and the correct API info from Paypal, manually changed the status from On Hold to Processing, but nothing new has come through. Is there a way to reprocess the payments, or push Paypal to refresh? What are the next steps?
