    Hi,

There was an automatic update that caused a plugin conflict and the site stopped receiving orders on August 19. I thought it was fixed after deleting my only other PayPal plugin: “Easy PayPal Buy Now Button”, but I am still receiving messages from customers who say that the site is not letting them buy our products.

My sandbox test payments are all successful – maybe because I am testing it as a “customer” but others are trying to make a payment as a “guest”. Would it be possible to check my site and see if there are any issues at checkout (slow loading, error messages, etc.)? Thank you

    Hello,

thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
I have taken a quick look at your checkout and on first glance there does not seem to be any issue with it. It would be good to hear what your customer are seeing when their purchase is not going through (what error is shown or where does the process stop)?

We would like to review your logs and the system report to identify if your situation might be related to an already known issue. You can copy the logfiles from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments…” in the dropdown and click on view.

If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)

    Pending your response.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
