    Dear all,

    I′m working with the WooCommerce-Plugin for an Online-Shop and since a few days we have a problem with paypal and nobody can help me.

    If customers select paypal to pay the bill they move from the shop to the paypal-website, but sometimes paypal says them that the bill is allready paid. Thats wrong and we have to inform everybody, that they still have to pay.

    Does someone know, why paypal gets the “wrong” information that the bill is allready paid? Or do you need more information to help me?

    It’s possible that you have duplicate invoice IDs that are being sent to PayPal and that’s why you are receiving that ‘already paid’ message.

    I’d suggest checking to see if this is the case and perhaps adding a prefix to your invoice numbers, so they would definitely be unique (example: ABC-123456).
