Woocommerce paypal checkout headaches

I’m having issues getting the right checkout flow on my site.

If users have a Paypal account they shouldn’t have to put in Billing and Shipping details, right?

But the checkout page on my theme shows those fields anyway, and it won’t let me advance to the Paypal checkout window without filling those in. I tried disabling the fields and not showing them, but Paypal still asks for an address before proceeding.

Since my website doesn’t have an account system, I’d like to make checkout as seamless as possible. If you have Paypal you can use Paypal account to pay, and if you don’t you can just input a Debit or Credit card as a guest on Paypal itself. How do I accomplish this functionality?
