Using the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway version Version 2.1.1 | By WooCommerce and checking out as Guest then selecting the clicking on the PayPal Checkout button, the PayPal Window (pop-up window) opens and closes before you can enter any information or choose to pay by credit card. If I am a logged-in client the window opens and remains open to complete the payment either by PayPal or Credit Card.

    Hey there!

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

AW, thank you for reminding me of the proper discipline. I did exactly that and I found that a plug-in Wp Spam was in conflict. I was able to return to the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway Plug-in.

Are there any options to brand the PayPal pop up window? I used the banner and logo options however unless one maximizes the pop-up window they are not seen.

    Thank you!

    EMC
