WooCommerce & PayPal

  • Hi folks,

    I am using WooCommerce and Subscriptions and the PayPal Gateway. Everything seems to be working as far as the IPN and API because when a customer subscribes it moves the order to processing and when I refund from PayPal the order shows refunded in WooCommerce.

    The problem I am having is when a customer tries to cancel their subscription via the My Account page or if I try to cancel a subscription nothing happens on the PayPal side. I have reviewed the PayPal logs and here is what I am getting:

    07-06-2014 @ 23:01:33 – IPN subscription payment completed for order 6974
    07-06-2014 @ 23:01:33 – IPN subscription payment ignored for order 6974 due to PDT previously handling the payment.
    07-06-2014 @ 23:02:59 – Calling PayPal to change_subscription_status has Failed: The profile ID is invalid

    Any idea folks?
