WooCommerce – payments via PayPal ONLY

Under woocommerce – settings – payments – payment methods you can turn everything but PayPal off.

If you are using a PayPal plugin, you can choose it to be the only payment method you have in your store.

To do it, as @aprilmayflowers says, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and disable all other payment methods except for PayPal, and you’re good to go.

Switching off all plugins but a PayPal plugin is one thing, but I just can’t find a PayPal plugin that only accepts PayPal, and not credit cards via PayPal too.

Do you know a plugin that has the capability?

As earlier mentioned, you can turn off all gateways leaving only Paypal: See https://woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/

Ok, I tried using Paypal Payments (where I can disable all funding sources but paypal, which is exactly what i want). I’m in sandbox mode, and even when i disabled no funding source, there is no place order button on the checkout page, neither any payment option other than paypal, and i get a “Error processing checkout. Please try again.” when i hit enter after filling in my billing details.

What could be the cause?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
