Woocommerce payments asks me for my data again

Hi there @virtuopolitan ??

1) I’m building an ecommerce for a company based in San Francisco (CA). I had already contacted support for problems opening woocommerce payments.
2) the first time I opened a woocommerce payments account by setting WordPress in Italian, but once I understood that it was giving me problems, I asked for assistance and they deleted the account I had created.
3) I thought it was all solved, because then I was able to complete the whole procedure, entering all the complete data of my client (headquarters, ein code, bank details, etc. etc.)
4) I was waiting for a confirmation from the stripe account.
5) Now clicking “Finish Setup”, it seems to me that I propose to re-enter the data. How is it possible?

I understand that you requested the deletion of the first Stripe Express account that was created while setting up WooCommerce Payments, as explained in this document. Is this correct or otherwise?

Additionally, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I had requested the cancellation of the first account because I had forwarded a woocommerce access set in Italian.

Then you deleted it and I went on to create a login successfully. I have carried out all the forwarding procedure of my American client’s data (bank details, company details, etc.).
I just had to get a stripe confirmation for validation.

Now it looks like I should resubmit them.

My question is: can you retrieve the last account with which I did the whole procedure to the end or do I have to start sending all the data again?
