I checked your site to see the page you are referring to here, however, I was not able to get through since a registered user is needed to add products to the cart.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

You’ll most likely need to edit the thankyou.php template. The easier route that I would approach is to just use a translation plugin like Loco Transate and edit the string in English.
