    Hi Guys

    I am facing woocommerce transaction issue with some message coming in between the transaction: There was an error in this transaction: Oops! We had a problem processing your order. Error code 403 occurred.

    All paid order status getting failed order, we are using , Paypal, secure pay, afterpay, all gateways having the same issue

    Hi @dcka
    Thanks for sharing the article I have identified the error 403 it’s getting from another plugin I have integrated MYOB integration when woocomerce unable to create myob getting error 403

    I have reported order failed its something issue in the woocommece , when the payment status paid it should be updated Processing, unfortunately getting failed

    I have disabled the MYOB plugin

    Now the having error transaction failed ( error: There was an error in this transaction: Customer UID Not Found) all payment gateway please look the snapshot: https://paste.pics/58bbcdaaa3b392954fb9d8fac7ed0f16

    Show the error orders getting failed but I am receiving the payment successfully paid and getting payment in the Paypal

    Something strange , please help

    The error you are seeing is not coming from WooCommerce: There was an error in this transaction: Customer UID Not Found

    That is definitely not coming from WooCommerce.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
