WooCommerce" Pay to Upload" is activated in the Plugins tab but does not work

My pay-pal works fine but after completing the purchase, returns to the customers account page instead of a “file upload” page. The customer has no way to upload his file, which is the purpose of the payment. https://www.photojewelbox.com
