Woocommerce Password Issue

Dears,

I am sure this is not encountered by anybody as yet. I had woocommerce installed on my wordpress site. The use can come and register fine with their password. However after their email confirmation when they try to login , the entered password doesn’t work. And wordpress tells them to go to their Lost Password page. When that happens, and use changes the password then that specific password begins to work just fine.

So in short the password that users give at the time of registration doesn’t work. Please help me out here as i have a client deadline coming up. I have checked the code and nothing seems to be missing.
