Woocommerce pages out of date

I am using Phlox Pro and keep getting error messages that the Woo commerce pages are out of date and need to be updated? How can I update the pages without losing the theme content? I basically purchased a homepage theme that can’t load properly because Envato does not work..I put a ticket in 3 days ago.
