When I load pages on my wordpress site that are part of woocommerce, the often load really slow. The pages on the rest of the site that are standard post/page load really fast.

I suspect it is a cache problem, but I don’t know how to check/test that, and if it is a cashe problem, why does it only affect woocommerce?

If anyone has any idea what is going on I would apprecieate any light you can shed on this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @benham-design,

Thank you for reaching out and we apologize for nay inconveniences caused.

Just to understand your issue further, could you please confirm that you are running the latest version of WooCommerce? Also, are you using any caching plugins?

Has this issue happened before to your site, or is this the first time this is happening?

If you are using a caching plugin, you can try disabling the caching plugin temporarily and see if the load times improve.

The issue may also be related to something else, such as your hosting environment or a plugin conflict. You can find more details on how to perform a conflict test here.

    Looking forward to your reply.
