Woocommerce Page is keep on Loading

    Hello guys,

    I am facing 2 big issues while using woocommerce…

    1. if some new user will come to my site and add products to the cart then checkout so while checking out if they click on place order the page is kept on loading for a few minutes and not be redirected to the next step which is Payment process now the interesting thing is that when this loader is loading in the backend the account of the user is also created however the payment is not done yet,

    2. Now the 2nd one is very much connected when someone after facing the 1st issue they will try again and then they can see the notice that your account is created kindly please log in so when they log in and then they click on the place order it will process till the payment but now after the payment is done the page is again not redirecting to the next step. So the user will be in panic that I made the payment but not got the access I want (Basically the website is a digital product site).

    So these are big issues and I am literally tired a lot tried a whole lot of things but have not been solved yet kindly please if know the solution help me out guys.

    Just to be on the safe side, can you double-check if your checkout page (WordPress Dashboard > Pages) has the checkout shortcode?

    It should be [woocommerce_checkout]

    If it’s all set, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
