Make sure you have set up and configured WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration correctly as per instructions on this page:

The section “Testing Analytics” will guide you on testing the tracking and making sure it’s sending over the correct data to Google.
If you are experiencing any warning/errors or missing data on your page the best way to track down where this is coming from would be to do a conflict test. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

It sounds like you may have other plugins sending data that are causing conflict. Try disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration to see if this resolves the issue.
