    Hi @vertexmedia,

Make sure you have set up and configured WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration correctly as per instructions on this page:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/

The section “Testing Analytics” will guide you on testing the tracking and making sure it’s sending over the correct data to Google.

If you are experiencing any warning/errors or missing data on your page the best way to track down where this is coming from would be to do a conflict test. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thanks.

    1. I have the correct Google tracking code
2, Set domain is set to cpapspecialists.com.au
    3. tracking options > Use global site tag – UN-TICKED
    4. Everything under this is ticked.

I can see if someone is on the site in real time but no woocommerce data is coming across

the Analytics account is set up as universal. so my analytics code starts with AU-

    Hi @vertexmedia,

Thanks for getting back with the additional details.

It sounds like you may have other plugins sending data that are causing conflict. Try disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration to see if this resolves the issue.

If not, we’ll be happy to look into this further – please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks.
