Woocommerce outdated files

We are using theme understrape, it’s working perfectly. you did a awesome job but here arise a issue with the release of new version of the woo-commerce plugin, parent theme displaying some outdated file which you need to updated.
Will you update the parent theme if yes when you will do this?
