Hi @saad_rashad,
We’d like you to check if this error is resulting from a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Kindly let us know the outcome of the conflict test.
i have already tested bu disabling all the plugins.
cant switch theme its a live site. and theme is avada.
its a HUGE Site 6gb i cant do replication also.
i am sure its a woo issue. as it was not coming few weeks back@saad_rashad, thanks for the update.
I understand that you are not able to switch themes while doing the test.
In such a case, consider using the Health Check plugin and then enable the Troubleshooting mode – your visitors will not be affected as you do the conflict test.
Let us know if the same issue is present when using only WooCommerce and a default theme like Twenty Twenty.
Hi,
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
Thanks.
You are allowed to reply after a delay and i cant do testing for 2-3 days ?

picture clearly shows that error exist with default theme also .Thanks for getting back @saad_rashad.
I’ve changed the status of the thread to ‘not resolved’. You can take some more time to do testing, but for the overal health of the forums, it’s good to check in the soonest possible.
I’ve done a small test with the product you provided at the top of the thread. When I add the item to cart (product page shows only 1 item left in stock), it seems to work fine – no out of stock error shown
If possible, kindly share a link to one of the products with the unexpected out-of-stock notification about the stock and a screenshot of its Product Data > Inventory section.
thanks for replying
as you have tested the following product and as u mentioned it says (1 item left in stock )
https://breezycraft.com.au/product/clay-bow-centre-elegant-pretty-pastel-pink-mermaid/here is the screen shot of inventory level ( which says 5) screen shot is as follows
https://www.dropbox.com/s/kkltvcjlvs0a4kl/Screenshot%202021-01-19%2005.16.50.png?dl=0there is sure some thing wrong some where as it cant detect rest of the quantity
i can share more products with similar results.
Hi @saad_rashad,
The example I was referring to was actually https://breezycraft.com.au/product/clay-bow-centre-cutie-frozen-2-anna-in-cream-dress/
You’d given this link the section that says “The page I need help with:”. At that time I was testing, it showed 1 item left in stock and I was able to add it to cart with no issues so I was unable to replicate the issue you’re facing. At the moment, the product page shows that it’s out of stock so I’m unable to retry the test.
Perhaps, could you share with us one more product where the error occurs. For a better visibility of the issue, ensure that:
1. WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory > Stock display format is set to “Always show quantity remaining in stock”
2. You’ve enabled stock management at the product level for the product you’ll share so that we can be shown the actual remaining stock.Looking forward, thanks.
Dear abwaita.

can u check the above product.
I have shared screen shot it has 5 qty in stock but when u try to add 5 u get error on checkout screen@saad_rashad, when I add 5 items of the Pastel Pink Mermaid to cart, I do get an error that says there are only 2 items in stock.
However, kindly enable the available stock for that product to be shown on the product page. You can do so from WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory > Stock display format is set to “Always show quantity remaining in stock”
I suggest this because this looks like a live site. Thus, if you had 5 items in stock some time ago as per the screenshot, any orders made for that product so far (even orders pending payment) will have also reduced that stock level.
Enabling constant stock display will allow us to confirm that ordering for 5 items (when 5 are shown to be in stock on the product page) generates the out-of-stock error during checkout.
i have set the option active which u requested
there are though 6 items in stock for the respective product. Thanks a lot for enabling that option.
I added 6 items to cart (6 were shown to be available on the product page) but during checkout, I ran into the out-of-stock error.
Most likely, there’s a plugin/theme/custom code conflict on your site.
It would be great if you performed the conflict test on your site to confirm.
The Health Check plugin may come in handy if you’re performing the test on a live site and you do not wish to interrupt your visitors. Ideally, testing on a backup/staging site is highly encouraged as explained here.
i have already done the conflict test.
i have disabled all plugins and the issue still exist
Then i used health plugin and switch theme to default and problem still exist.Hi @saad_rashad,
Given the tests you’ve already done and checks from this side, this issue needs to be looked at more closely as its cause is not apparent.
I recommend consulting a developer or a WooCommerce Customizations expert to have a thorough look at it.
Thanks.
