Woocommerce Original URLs also Working After WordPress Update

My URLs are as below.
abc.com/tag-name/
abc.com/category-name/
abc.com/category-name/Product/

After Yoast or wordpress update, Woocommerce original URLs are also working.

abc.com/product-tag/tag-name/
abc.com/product-category/category-name/
abc.com/Product/

Google webmaster tools notified that URLs in your sitemap are with noindex (http header). When i checked, it was correct. I disabled the sitemap for time being but this is not the solution as i update my product twice a day.

I think yoast is making this url as noindex “abc.com/category-name/Product/”. As its default url is working “abc.com/Product/”.
