• We have installed the plugin, and set it to sync orders without displaying shipping charges. The plugin is not syncing to the Transdirect Dashboard. I have tried contacting support via email to no end. Can someone please reply to this message?

    @melbagnato hey did you ever resolve this issue? I have just setup the plugin and having the same issue with orders not syncing to our dashboard area.
