    Hi,

    I am facing a serious issue for the last couple of days. We are still new to E-Com and doesn’t have more than 2-3 orders /day. From yesterday onwards, the order statuses are showing “failed”. I first thought it’s a payment gateway issue and created a ticket for their support. But today same thing happened to a “cash on Delivery” order.
    Then I make a test order to see what’s happening and even with “cash on delivery” selected, the thank you page shows the following error message.
    ” unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again”

    And weirdly, it says ” Please pay cash upon delivery” at the bottom. Here is the screenshot https://ibb.co/44hk1HM

    But I am receiving notification emails that I have received an order.

    If you could look into this and help us, it would be highly appreciated. Thanks a ton in advance.

    Hi, Sorry I was so quick to come to support. It was an error created by a “installment payment plugin”. I’m contacting their support now.
