This is a new install of wooCommerce, for a single product system.

It’s low-frequency sales, 4 in the past month however one appeared and sent an ‘order’ email that then disappeared from all systems – the order email also disappeared.
Nothing to be found anywhere in WooCommerce yet the owner has received a payment thru their processor with an order number, which has disappeared as far as I can see or find.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!~!

Does ANYone have any idea what may be happening here?

The store takes an order – the order is dispatched by email, and the payment is processed – the order, and emails sent, then disappear.
Funds remain in the bank and all order details are lost to view.

Thanks for sharing this but it’s not the system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, please check the fatal error logs (if any) from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choose from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log.

Thanks for sending the System Status Report.

Can you please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs as requested above?

Furthermore, this often happens because the order status is not defined for WooCommerce. You may have a plugin that has added new order status and is currently disabled. Check the status of the order inside the wp_posts table in the post_status field.

I can see that you have this plugin on your site. You mentioned that you received an Order Email which disappeared as well. I am assuming that you have a copy of your email here? If so, can you please try to replicate the same missing order while this plugin is enabled and see if you can reproduce the issue again? Then, please try to disable this plugin and see if it resolves the issue?
