Woocommerce Orders Cancelling

    Hello! We’re using the Quadpay (Zip) plugin on our website. Whenever customers go through the checkout process and submit their orders using Zip, their orders then turns from processing to cancelled. Although, their payment went through and everything. We also have the funds in our account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
