    Hi

I have been experiencing some caching issues on my site for a few weeks now, probably due to a the SG optimizer plugin update or Woocommerce update, I’m not sure.

-When orders are placed, I get an email notification of them as usual, but the orders does not appear in the order section of wp-admin.

-When I update the stock of a product manually, the new stock quantity of the product does not change on the product page. Also, I suspect that the stock quantity is not updated every time orders are placed or cancelled.

I believe these problems started occurring in November. Prior to that, orders and stock were working without a problem.

These problems are solved by manually clearing the cache, but due to the season, we are getting a lot of orders every day, and manually clearing the cache frequently is becoming a problem.

How can I solve this problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @lucario24,

I have performed various tests on my end, but I was unable to replicate the issue. The cache should not affect the data displayed by the WooCommerce in the application’s dashboard.

If you have outdated plugins, I would recommend updating them as this could be the origin of the issue. And if still persists, please consider opening a ticket from your SiteGround User Area so we can perform further investigation.

    Best Regards,
    Dimitar Petrov
