    Hi,

    Woocommerce Order Tracking: Not able to Track the Order while I input the new Custom ID.

    Do you mean you are unable to search the order using the Custom order number in the Search field of the Orders page?

    If yes, then can you please check whether the option named ‘Enable order admin search by custom number’ is enabled on your site?

    When the option is enabled and still the unable to search for an order, please let me know whether you are trying to search with the prefix (if set). If yes, then please try to search without using the prefix, use just the custom order number.
