Woocommerce Order Tacking Form

i need to customize the WooCommerce order tracking form
currently, there are 2 fields order id and email but i want the user to only use order id and remove the email field but this involves the plugins\woocommerce\includes\shortcodes\class-wc-shortcode-order-tracking.php but the problem is i don’t know how to override this function in my child theme.

or is there any other way so i can just disable email option in order tracking form because the email is mandatory
