If not, can you please enable that and see if any error messages are logged?

Yes please, and make sure you remove any identifying details such as keys, customer addresses, etc – only error messages or logged messages should be sent

I just thought I am using a order number replacement addon to make my order numbers longer could this be an issue, although it appears there are other problems.

Thanks for that! Yes, if you are using an order replacement number, that seems to be what the error message could be related to. Can you try disabling that and see if you still have the same problem?

Hello, great news its working! The order placement plugin is not turned on so it must of been this throwing it off, I’d like ideally my order numbers to start at a higher count naturually is there anyway I can do this without breaking other plugins?

Great! I’m glad to hear you were able to figure out what the issue was. I’d recommend reaching out to the developers of the order number plugin, to see if they can make it compatible with the ShipStation plugin – another option would be to custom develop a solution
