Woocommerce order status is not changing after successful or cancelled payment.

I’m using WordPress configured with Woocommerce v3.2.5 and Woocommerce WorldPay Gateway v3.2.6 to process online transactions. However, when a customer makes online payment (either cancel or succeed) the e-mail confirmation is not sent and the order status is not changed for the order.
I have configured the Woocommerce WorldPay according to instructions and “Email notification” tab for New Order, Cancelled Order, and Failed Order to send the notification to specific email address correctly. And it works as soon as you update the order status manually through administration panel.
Can you please advise where should I look for solution to that issue?
