Sometimes when updating an order (changing status) it doesn’t save/update the order but goes to the general wordpress post section instead and it doesn’t save anything.

It requires another update or sometimes two update attempts until it’s normally saved.

However also many times there is no issue. I checked php post size limit which is 300 MB and also the domain / wordpress has a max. 3 GB memory limit from the 4 GB total of the server.

Any idea what this could be?

  • Hi @gabri85

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. ?

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know how it goes! Thank you!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
