The paypal plugin have been working fine for a few months and whenever there is a Paypal case/dispute opened, the Woocommerce order status will be changed from “Processing” to “On Hold”. However, recently all of a sudden, the order status wont change when there is a case/dispute opened. Nor the order status change if the transaction is refunded.

I have checked the webhook was received successfully. Do you happen to know the reason why?

I have already updated the plugin to 2.0.4 and Woocommerce to 7.6.1.

    Hello @winghin8

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

It sounds like your plugin has got an issue with the webhooks. It could be that an update (of our or another plugin) caused the webhooks to not function correctly any longer, and you might need to resubscribe them in order for them to function correctly again.
You can do this by pressing the “Resubscribe” button, that you can find in the settings page under the tab “Connection” in the bottom of the page. Here, you can also use the “Simulate” option to verify if the webhooks are working correctly.

Please try this and let us know if this helped you resolve the issue. If you want to share more details with us that you don’t want to share on a public forum, you can also open a private thread with us via these instructions.

    Pending your response.
    Kind regards,
    Joost
