    Hi

    I would like to ask for your assistance on a concern with our back-end system. Upon integrating Paynamics (new paygate) in our website, there were particular programs in our end that have ceased to function efficiently.

    These are the following: (1) orders that were paid in the website are not reflected in the back-end anymore. I manually check the paygate system(BIS), check the paid orders, and update the invoices to “processing” in our system and; (2) stocks are no longer replenished once items have been placed even if the orders were cancelled. Normally, products are re-stocked in the website once orders failed/cancelled.

    I would like to figure out if this is issue can be resolved in our end or in your team’s. Thank you and I hope for your advice.

  • Hello Shekinah,

    I would suggest reaching out to the makers of the Paynamics gateway that you’re using. They should be able to take a look at this and get it squared away for you. Setting order status is the responsibility of the gateway, so I would start there.
