    We recently have a new payment gateway. The problem is, we already have orders but don’t reflect here in woocommerce. I already don’t see those statuses like it was before like “Onhold”, etc.

    Hi there,

    Admittedly, I’m not quite sure of the question here: Are you looking for more information on how to create manual orders? Or are you asking for help on your “new payment gateway”?

    If it’s the latter then you’ll want to get in touch with the developers of that gateway – this forum is only geared towards supporting the core aspects of the WooCommerce plugin itself ??

    Hi there, i’m sorry for the unclear statement.
    The payment is already approved by the Payment Gateway but the status is still “Pending Payment”. May I know what’s wrong with this? Thanks

    If payments are stuck in “Pending” it typically means the API/IPN of the payment gateway you’re using is having a hard time communicating with your website to update the order status.

    To troubleshoot that in detail, you’ll want to reach out to the developers of the payment gateway you’re using. With this in mind, which payment gateway are you using at the moment?
