Woocommerce – order-received endpoint issue

  • Hi dear expert,
    I hope to get help to solve my woocommerce site end-point issue, where the redirection after the payment is not correct where the site will redirect me back to the cart page instead of order-received page (default thank you page) after the payment.

    Looking for ways to adjust the redirection correctly. Appreciate

    Let’s see if we can get this sorted out together. ?? Which payment gateway(s) are you using? If you’re using multiple ones, does it happen with all of them or just a specific one?

    Hi @noellesteegs , thanks for responding to my queries.
    Yea, I am using Stripe woocommerce plugin currently. It’s happened to every time once after I done the payment. It’s actually happend to others payment method too like direct bank transfer option.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. On a staging site, please attempt to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. Then test checkout again. If the redirect then works correctly, enable your plugins and theme one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    @noellesteegs I would like to inform you that I have managed to solved the issue by uninstalling the related plugin that affect the redirect issue. Thanks once again.
