WooCommerce Order Page – Columns

there’s no option to add a column for the product name.

This is expected. There is no “purchased product” column in WooCommerce > Orders by default, but this can be achieved by adding a snippet like this: https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/columns.html#purchased_products_column

Also, where does this code go? Header.php? Functions.php? Please explain.

The Code Snippets plugin allows you to easily add snippets to your site rather than pasting them in the functions.php or any other PHP file.

Just copy the code from the article according to what you want to achieve; then, click Add New on the Code Snippets plugin, enter a title for the snippet for reference, paste the code, and you’re good to go.
